The IMS Arizona Marathon Expo will be held on Saturday, February 19, 2011, from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Race packet information for marathon, half marathon and relay teams will be available.

Walk in registration will be available at the Health, Wellness, and Gift Expo.

We are still looking for vendors to participate in our Expo, the price is $125 per booth or $175 with electrical.  If you are interested please fill out our Expo application form and contact one of our Expo Directors: Trish Arana at trish@trisharana.com or Cyndee, at msaz@cox.net

Booth application includes an opportunity to insert your marketing material into 1,000 runner's grab bags. Or you can pay $100 to insert materials without a booth. Please have your marketing materials submitted by January 15th, 2011.

Packet Pick up:
While you are attending the IMS Arizona Marathon Health and Wellness Expo on Saturday, February 19, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. you will need to pick up the following items for race day:

• T-shirt
• Bib number, reusable timing chip, and tie
  
• Information packet for parking and course map
  
• Bag for drop clothes
  
• Relay baton and map (relay teams only)

*Participants may pay an additional  $25 for race day packet pick-up.

Course:

• Staffed aid stations will be available throughout the course (please check your Expo packet for exact locations)
  
• For everyone’s safety, runners must remain inside the cones throughout the entire course.
  
• The course will close at 1:30 p.m. for all participants and spectators

Parking:
There is NO PARKING at race starting lines for the Full Marathon, Relay Marathon, or Half Marathon.
