Time:
Full Marathon and Relay Marathon start together at 7:00 a.m.
Half Marathon starts at 8:00 a.m.
5K Walk/Run starts at 8:00 a.m.

Venue:
Westgate, Glendale, Arizona; race ends on Coyote Blvd in front of the Coyote Arena

Bus Shuttle:
Runners are restricted from parking at Full Marathon start and Half Marathon Start

Runners staying at an IMS Arizona Marathon recommended hotel will need to check with the front desk for their pick up time.

All other runners will be shuttled from the Westgate Finish Line to both Starts according to the following schedule:

Full Marathon:
Bus Leaves at 5:50, 6:00, 6:10
Half Marathon:
Bus leaves at 6:50, 7:00, 7:10

Shuttles will be available for runners returning to the recommended hotels from the Westgate Finish Line. Buses will leave at approximately 2:00 p.m. from Wesgate.

Brief Description:
Save the Date! The IMS Arizona Marathon, 1/2 Marathon & Marathon Relay is an event you do not want to miss! This race takes runners, walkers & joggers through four West Valley cities noted for their ever increasing culture, professional sports venues, shopping adventures, and fine family living.

What to Bring:
Running shoes (believe it or not, people do forget), Sunglasses or a hat (you'll be running right into the sun).

Weather:
Typical weather in the West Valley - high: 72, low: 41, so be sure to dress appropriately. (Weather info)

Safety:
The course will be closed at 1:30 p.m.  All individuals that are still on the course will be picked up by our Marathon volunteers. 

All participants need to cross Litchfield Road at the YMCA by 10:00 a.m.  This gives individuals 3 hours to run-walk-jog 12 miles. 

For everyone's safety runners MUST stay inside the cones.

Medical service will be provided by emergency personel at the Finish line.

At the Finish Line:
Westgate City Center and MillerCoors welcome each racer with a complimentary MGD 64 just steps from the finish line. The Miller Beer Garden, set in Westgate's WaterDance Plaza, awaits marathon participants to enjoy cold beverages, warm hospitality and live entertainment - music from The Chris Parker Project. The festivities begin at 10:00 a.m. and are in a finish-line setting like no other! Congratulations Racers!
